BRAHMAN appears on NHK's "The Covers" for two weeks in a row! We bring you a special live show featuring only "cover songs" that traces the 30-year journey!

BRAHMAN, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, appears on NHK’s music program “The Covers”! Over two weeks, we will deliver a live show that is just like a live house!

The set list is only “songs” that they have been influenced over the course of 30 years. This is a premiere live show featuring only cover songs filled with their musical roots and feelings. The program traces the origins of BRAHMAN’s music and historical background, which have been working with live houses since its formation in 1995, and the history of the Japanese band scene, which has been a part of the punk/hardcore spirit.

The first night will feature covers of masterpieces from the 1970s to 1980s. Covers famous songs by Godigo, which BRAHMAN has been covering since its early debut, Elephant Kashimashi, who debuted amid the rise of the band boom in the 1980s, and BUCK-TICK. In addition, MOTÖRHEAD’s classic “Ace Of Spades,” will also be performed, his latest cover.

The second night will be featured in the band scene of the 90s, which was formed by BRAHMAN, and now and in the future. We trace the masterpieces of band members formed during the same era. The covers are “Nervous Breakdown” by his ally EGO-WRAPPIN’s, and the classic song “Full Moon Evening” that has been sung by BRAHMAN, who has been supporting the film since the Great East Japan Earthquake. Additionally, there are songs that will be performed for the first time on the show. “The Boy of the Stars” is a solo song by Chiba Yusuke, a rock star who set out in 2023. This is a gift to friends who have been with us as band members, as well as future band kids.

MCs Lily Franky and Kamishiraishi Moeka also watched the premiere live with fans. The talk session held after the live show talked about the band scene from the 1980s to 1990s and their thoughts, as well as extremely rare scenes answering questions to fans. The story will be told on the show by his friend Nagazumi Takashi (Hanaregumi), who made his debut at the same time and continues to be active.

BRAHMAN is a band that has not stopped walking for 30 years, and has gone everywhere and played sounds. This premier cover live is packed with their thoughts on the past, present and future.
