“MASKED TV” in conjunction with the visual kei circuit event “MASKED” and “V-style” will be broadcast on TOKYO MX under the theme of “Okayashi no Uta”! The MC is Golden Bomber Kiryuin Sho!

On May 25th, the “MASKED” visual kei circuit event will feature 29 groups in three venues in Shibuya, Tokyo. It has been decided that the special feature corner “MASKED TV” will be broadcast on TOKYO MX on terrestrial special program “TOKYO COOL JAPAN TV”!


[MASKED TV]V-style, it’s delivered to your living room!

“MASKED TV” is a variety music information program that introduces the charm of visual kei with the theme of “V-style in the living room.” The broadcast date is scheduled for two episodes, May 10th and June 28th, and both will air from 8:30pm.

On the first broadcast on May 10th, Kiryuin Sho of Golden Bomber, who is widely popular not only in the V-related community but also on terrestrial television, appeared as a personality. He clearly conveys the charms and possibilities of the genre from a unique perspective that he has a deep understanding of V-type culture. The program is planned to be a kind composition for fans as well as beginners, such as “What kind of music is V-style?”, and has the potential to be an entry point for a new movement.

The event “MASKED” is a hotly-held live event featuring 29 V-type artists, set in three venues: Spotify O-EAST, Spotify O-WEST, and duo MUSIC EXCHANGE. By linking television broadcasts with real events, the aim is to approach people who have not had much opportunity to experience V-style games before.
