From the first year of the event, artists who agree to the purpose of the festival, including Hanaoto, a Hanaoto, who lives in Otaru City, Hokkaido, have been confirmed to perform again this year, including G-FREAK FACTORY, locofrank, XMAS EILEEN, and Katahira Rina, who agree with the festival’s purpose, have been confirmed to appear again this year. The first appearance of the Uchizuki Komon Club, SABLE HILLS, has also been confirmed, showing new excitement. In 2025, the venue is moved to Kitaizumi Seaside Park, which has a great location with a view of the Pacific Ocean, and the aim is to help people feel the progress of the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident, and the charm of Minami Soma, with its oceans.
It has also been announced that the Fukushima 12 Migration Festival will be held in collaboration with the Fukushima 12 Municipal and Town Relocation Support Center, with the desire to convey the feelings of those who moved to the affected local governments after the earthquake and increase the number of friends who will further promote the area.
