The music festival “TOKYO ISLAND 2024” will be held at the “Umi no Mori Park Forest Creation Area,” a new reclaimed island floating in Tokyo Bay in the Odaiba district of Tokyo.wodThe lineup for the three days has been announced, along with a timetable featuring a total of 36 performing artists!

We’ve kept you waiting, but we’re now happy to announce the final artists and the timetable for the three days.
Including wod, there are a total of 36 groups. For the third time, the best artists, bands, and groups gathered with an interest and potential in TOKYO ISLAND. Some of them, like the androp ISLAND Session on the final day, are special live performances that can only be experienced at this moment. Please enjoy the wonderful and unexpected guest vocalists announced this time!
I really struggled with the timetable. Since the artists are already decided, you could say that the options are limited, but from the perspective of the person making the timetable, the options are truly infinite. Each time, I write several tentative timetables on paper and place them on the floor. I stare at them for a while, then crumple the paper a few times – and repeat the process until it is complete after dozens of trial and error. By that time, I have a complete documentary in my head from the start of the show at 11:00 to the end of the show at 8:50, and the musical fireworks that follow, and the three-day TOKYO ISLAND 2024 has begun and ended in my own mind. I have now announced the timetable that was born as a result of this.
For about 10 hours every day, the best live performances will pass the baton to each other, transcending time, air and wind, and continuing to play music, impulse, excitement, emotion and sincerity. This timetable is the live time of TOKYO ISLAND 2024. We will deliver it to everyone with confidence. By the way, the “musical fireworks” presented at the very end will be a different song every day and the fireworks will continue to soar in sync, something amazing that cannot be put into words. Along with the timetable, attractions and workshops have also been released.
Every year, the popular dinosaur exploration tour and Tyrannosaurus race, as well as yoga, puzzle solving games, body painting, incense fireworks making, fire starting, bread making, and even the work experience theme park “Kandoo” will land at TOKYO ISLAND to deliver famous content. There is so much to do, so please come with the whole family. In fact, please invite all your neighbors and friends to come too! By the way, various plants and nature are spread throughout the park. It would be a lot of fun to bring a fish net or a fish trap and play with them.
TOKYO ISLAND allows one child up to elementary school age to enter free of charge per parent. This is a rare service, but we want our children to experience the festival, music, and live shows live. Children are a treasure that illuminates not only the future of TOKYO ISLAND, but the future of music as a whole.
