The announcement has been made this time with Porno Graffiti, which will be his first appearance, as well as the Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, the band that has appeared in the most RSR band, and the 9mm Parabellum Bullet, which was unable to perform due to security issues at New Chitose Airport last year in 2024.
