BRING ME THE HORIZON releases music video for “Top 10 staTues tHat CriEd bloOd” from their new album “POST HUMAN: NeX GEn”!

BRING ME THE HORIZON, the headliner at “SUMMER SONIC 2024”, has released the music video for “Top 10 staTues tHat CriEd bloOd” from their recently released new album “POST HUMAN: NeX GEn”!

“Top 10 staTues tHat CriEd bloOd” is an anthemic, fast-paced, super powerful single. In addition to the songs released in advance from 2021 to January this year, the new album includes 12 new songs, including “Top 10 staTues tHat CriEd bloOd”, the heavy song “liMOusIne” featuring Norwegian singer AURORA, and the grunge number “n/A” with personal lyrics.

The EP “POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR” released in 2020 was created during the pandemic, and was highly praised for its worldview that expressed emotions such as fear, emptiness, and despair, and its heavy yet most melodic work to date, reaching number one on the UK album chart. “POST HUMAN: NeX GEn”, the second album in the “POST HUMAN” series, released four years after the previous album, is a sequel to the story depicted in “SURVIVAL HORROR” and is a more hopeful exploration, said frontman Oliver Sykes, commenting: “This is a concept album in the true sense of the word, a sequel-like story to “POST HUMAN”, but the concept is hidden. Some people may not be interested, but for those who can discover the concept and message, it may be like a self-help book. There are many things in this worldview, some of which are clear, but many of which are hidden and mysterious. The listener needs to decipher it for themselves.”

In terms of sound, the album incorporates a wide range of elements, including emo, pop punk, hyperpop, metal, and electronica, but is scaled up to a production suitable for stadiums and arenas, resulting in an innovative and cohesive work.

All physical products, including the Japanese CD version of POST HUMAN: NeX GEn, will be released worldwide on September 27th. Details of the deluxe Japanese version will be announced soon.
