Shimizu Mash, a dancer and choreographer who enjoys unwavering originality and has followers both in Japan and overseas, including popular artists, and who has been active on large stages, has emerged one year ago as a “comprehensive art musician” who focuses on singing, piano performance, and dance at the center of his performances, and whose creative activities also include songwriting, composing, arranging, choreography, and art direction. To commemorate the anniversary, the music video for “Confessions of a Mask” has been released!

This album is packed with the history of Dancer Shimizu, who suddenly reunited with her roots in classical piano (just as she had previously shifted from there to dance), and now chooses to sing, weave words, and create seamless music that seems to subvert and reconstruct everything from classical to rock, dance music, and pop music, and who has become an artist of “music as a comprehensive art form”, choosing to dance.
