DIZZY MIZZ LIZZY is a rock trio that is a Danish national band and has a solid fan base here in Japan. In line with the timing of their debut album 30th anniversary live performance to be held in Japan in 2025, their works, which have not been reissued for a long time, are now available as a new edition featuring a 2010 remastered sound source!
In addition to their debut album “Dizzy Mizz Lizzy” and their second album “Rotator,” they also have a live album featuring a live performance in their home country of Aarhus, Denmark, held in 1996, which was included in their best album “DISC 2” released in 2002, and a live album released exclusively in Japan in 1995, their two-disc CD series “Live In Aarhys +Live In Japan,” which is a combination of their live performances that were released exclusively in Japan in 1995, will be released on August 27th, just before their concert in Japan!
Their debut album, “Dizzy Mizz Lizzy,” released in 1994, and their second album, “Rotator,” released in 1996, will be re-released with similar bonus tracks, which were added to the Japanese version at the time. In addition, “Live In Aarhys +Live In Japan,” which will be released at the same time as these two studio albums, will be released in a two-disc set, combining the 1996 live album “Live In Aarhys,” which will be their first solo album, and the live film “Live In Japan,” which includes the first performance in Japan that was released exclusively in Japan in 1995.
All three of the works feature a 2010 remastered sound source, and this is the first album in Japan to be released on CD. In addition, the two-disc CD “Live In Aarhys +Live In Japan,” which is a coupling of two live albums, will be the first in the world to be released in this specification. Those masterpieces that have not been re-released for a long time are brought back to modern times as content worthy of the name of the new edition.
