MZSRZ is a solo project by Ohara Kirari, with a deep, sharp voice that cannot be measured by her singing ability, and she sings the anxiety and anxiety that everyone has in an overwhelming life-size way. It has been decided that their second album, “nocturne,” will be released on September 11th, which will mark the first time in about three and a half years! Ahead of the release of the album, the 11th consecutive week of releases will begin today, July 16th! The first new song, “Ark,” has now begun streaming.
“Nocturne” is an album based on the theme of “songs belonging to the night,” and is based on the concept of rock opera, depicting the trajectory of emotions, such as confusion, loss, and rebirth of adolescence, using different perspectives and sounds for each song. It also includes the TV Tokyo drama “Kurumi Kurami, the ending theme of “Perjury Gabel,” which does not allow rotten families,” and the ending theme of the station’s drama “SHUT UP.” Furthermore, there are a total of 15 songs in a wide variety, including the nine-minute Aufheben Symphony, which is based on the theme of “what is life?”
In this work, mzsrz herself, Ohara Kirari, also actively participated in the lyrics. By expressing one’s inner self in words, the work can be more directly linked to the world of the work, making it a work that allows for a realistic voice and body temperature. Many of the songs have also been performed live, and “Yomokugo” in particular has become a popular classic among fans.
In addition, to commemorate the release of the album, a release event called “nocturne” will be held at Shimokitazawa WAVER on September 28th, where all the album’s songs will be performed!
