Waterweed releases “Frontier,” a lyric song that seems to have been released that “full” is just like it’s “full”! Included on the “maximum10” label compilation, and in August will be appearing at a label-sponsored Tokyo-Osaka event!

Waterweed, a melodic hardcore band that continues to be active both domestically and internationally, appearing on the main stage of the Manchester Punk Festival alongside STRUNG OUT and BELVEDERE, and has also worked on the ending theme for the TV anime “Kingdom” in Japan, and has released their new song “Frontier” on YouTube!

The words and actions they say from those who have continued their realistic activities at live houses are filled with independent strength, as if a species falling from a large tree secretly takes root. Independent autonomy is lonely, but their attitude of trying to do something has gained deep support not only from the audience but also from the band members, making it a lyrical piece that just lets out such a “fun” come true. It may no longer be melocore or emo, but as the only field of waterweed.

This work is scheduled to be included in the compilation CD “maximum10 compiles ourselves. MAYDIE.3” hosted by the label “maximum10”, which he is also working on, along with “Refuse,” which was recently announced, and pre-orders for exclusive use “HOLIDAY! RECORDS” have just begun.

In August, a release event with the same “MAYDIE” title will be held in Osaka and Tokyo, and in addition to waterweed, Nikon, POP DISASTER and sfpr will appear.
