The sequel to the 2019 hit Finnish movie “Heavy Trip/We’re Nordic Metal on the Edge!”, “Heavy Trip II/We’re Nordic Metal on the Edge!” will be shown at Cinemart Shinjuku on December 20th. Although it will be released in theaters elsewhere, the music video for the band IMPALED REKTUM’s latest song “Prisoner Of Flesh” has been released!

The song is also the lead song on the original soundtrack that was released the other day. The music video is a Japanese original that uses footage from the main story, and is set in a prison, with extreme content typical of the band, and a surprisingly melancholy ending.
Heavy metal band IMPALED REKTUM has just announced an emergency visit to Japan from Finland to coincide with the theatrical release. It was a spectacular debut in Japan with the release of the movie, release of the official sound source, and announcement of the music video.
