Matenrou Opera will finally release their new album “Rikka -MUTSU NO HANA-” tomorrow, December 18th!
The music video for “BLOOD,” a key song from the album that combines a death metal-like sound that begins with a blast beat and a Japanese melody, was recently released.

“Jidama no Waltz” and “Apocalypse” were commemorative singles distributed free of charge to attendees at “16th Anniversary Live -Jidama no Waltz-“, and “Apocalypse” was used as the theme song for the voice drama “Magatsu Note Season:3”. Contains a total of 13 songs, including “Eating Darkness” and “Yoake wa Yuki wo Toto”, which was released as the lead single. Throughout the album, the intensity of heavy metal and lyrical melodies are mixed, and it is a work that culminates in Matenrou Opera’s unique world view.
A nationwide tour will begin in February of the new year, with 18 performances in 16 locations. In-store events have also been announced, so be sure to check them out!
