CVLTE's virtual world anthem "realitYhurts." has been selected as the ending theme for the second season of the anime "Shangri-La Frontier" which will be broadcast from January next year!

CVLTE’s new song “realitYhurts.” will be used as the ending theme for the TV anime “Shangri-La Frontier” 2nd season 2nd season, which will begin broadcasting on 28 MBS/TBS stations nationwide from January 5, 2025. It has been decided that it will be done!

“Shangri-La Frontier” is a TV anime adaptation of a comic that won four prizes in the ongoing “Weekly Shonen Magazine” reader survey for the first time in history, and whose cumulative circulation exceeded 10 million copies worldwide. The story is set in a slightly future world where games that use displays are classified as retro games. In such a world, one “shit game hunter” Rakuro Yoji, also known as Sanraku, who has devoted his passion to clearing “shit games” whose content has not kept up with the latest VR technology, has come up with the idea of a “shit game” game with a total of 30 million players. This is a supreme “game x fantasy” adventure story that takes on the challenge of “Shangri-La Frontier”. The 1st season will be broadcast from October 2023 to March 2024, and the 2nd season will be broadcast from October 2024.

The climax PV for “Traveling Wolf, Have Ambition” that was released this time shows Saiga-0 fighting alongside Sanrak in a rematch with “Lycaon the Night Raid.” In order to use Saiga-0’s trump card against the night-attacking Lycaon, Sanraku is determined to capture Lycaon and engages in a deadly battle. Furthermore, Emuru, Akane Akitsu, and Sheikuru participate in the battle between Sanrak, Saiga-0, and Lycaon.
