HOUSE OF PROTECTION, a new project by former FEVER 333 members, releases EP “Outrun You All” on May 23rd! Jordan Fish (ex-BMTH)’s pre-single single “Afterlife” has been released!

HOUSE OF PROTECTION, a new project by former FEVER 333 members Aric Improta and Stephen Harrison, has announced that they will release their second EP, “Outrun You All,” from Red Bull Records on May 23rd! And the pre-single single “Afterlife,” which marks the beginning of the project, has now begun streaming!

House of Protection – Afterlife (Official Music Video)

The new song, which has once again featured Jordan Fish, a former member of BRING ME THE HORIZON, as a producer, has a slower tempo sound without losing the explosive energy they are good at. “Afterlife,” featuring electronic elements interwoven between bold lyrics and roaring riffs, is a song that highlights the personality of HOUSE OF PROTECTION.

The music video features Dominatrix, dressed in a rubber costume, engaging viewers into a dreamy, frenzy visual world. It’s a shocking work with overwhelming visuals and performances intersecting.

Regarding the production of “Afterlife,” the band said, “It was the second demo they made after “It’s Supposed To Hurt.” At first, it was just the sound of the guitar stubs and whip. I really liked the song, but on my first EP, Galore, I deliberately avoided heavy halftime songs. I wanted to put that EP into a fast tempo. But after finishing my debut live, I missed the sense of that sound from the live show, so I looked at the song again and hone the ideas together with Jordan and Nick. It’s one of our favorite songs now. “He said.

HOUSE OF PROTECTION’s second EP, “Outrun You All,” embodies their philosophy of “If it feels good, do it, and then do it as if it were a life-threatening thing.” They released their debut EP “Galore” with no rules or expectations, and will finally be taking the scene seriously with “Outrun You All.” The title is taken from one of Harrison’s numerous tattoos and is also a homage to CONVERGE’s classic “Black Cloud,” released in 2004. Outrun You All is a work with a strong, independent message, and can also be said to be a companion piece that depicts the “nightly side” of the previous work, Galore. Like the second disc of THE SMASHING PUMPKINS’s Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness, the darker parts are darker, the beautiful moments are even more beautiful, and the risks are even more bolder.

The foundation of all this is the “confidence as a solid artist” thanks to the enthusiastic reviews that his debut work, Galore, gained. It was no surprise that fans of past bands like Harrison and Improta were welcomed, but Galore went beyond that and quickly attracted attention beyond the boundaries of the American hardcore scene. “Outrun You All” is packed with moments where not only the listeners but also the band themselves are surprised. Improta says, “I like Quentin Tarantino’s words, “If I’m going to write a good story, I should write without knowing where I’m going to end up.”

The film celebrates the confidence that HOUSE OF PROTECTION has built, but the title contains a deeper meaning that goes beyond respect for their musical heroes. “Outrun You All” is also a tribute to friends and friends who have not been able to follow the same path as them. “We’ve been talking about it all the time. How hard it is to see talented people give up on what they’re doing,” Improta says. “But we don’t think that’s the case. We share and inspire each other’s passions every day. And the best moments are coming.”

“Outrun You All” truly shows that Improta and Harrison have gained new momentum and the band HOUSE OF PROTECTION have reached the real starting line.
