Aimyon, who will release her fifth album, “Neko ni Jealousy” on Wednesday, September 11th, appears in the latest version of Tower Records’ “NO MUSIC, NO LIFE.” opinion advertisement series. This is Aimyon’s second appearance in this poster, and the first in about four years.
The posters will be displayed in all Tower Records stores starting from Saturday, August 24th. A behind-the-scenes report on the poster shoot will be released on Wednesday, August 21st, and a behind-the-scenes video and interview will be released on the “NO MUSIC, NO LIFE.” website on Tuesday, September 10th, the day the album arrives.

The new album “Jealousy for Cats” is the first release in about two years since the previous 4th album “Record Falls in My Eyes”. In addition to five singles such as “Flower of Love”, which was the theme song for the NHK 2023 first half serial drama “Ranman”, and “I’m Going to See You”, which is the theme song for the currently airing Kansai TV/Fuji TV drama “Unmet: The Diary of a Brain Surgeon”, the album also includes eight new songs, including “Lucky Color”, the new theme song for “Calpis(R)”, which began airing in April.

The album’s cover photo and a “very short teaser” featuring the singles included in the album have also been released. The cover photo was created with a mosaic art motif of Aimyon’s face. Art direction and video direction are handled by Tonda Hayashi Ran, who also handled previous works.
The first limited edition includes uncut live footage from last year’s “AIMYON TOUR 2023 -Magical Bathroom- IN TOKYO GARDEN THEATER,” as well as off-shot footage of the backstage of the national tour, “Behind the Scenes of the Receptionist.” It also comes with a 40-page tour photo booklet, making it a luxurious release with plenty of content.
