The anime “Girls Band Cry” is an original TV animation set in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, depicting how troubled girls meet and grow stronger through their activities as a rock band. Broadcasting will begin on TOKYO MX and other stations in April 2024, and has been receiving a great response for its delicate character portrayals and the new style of releasing songs by the bands in the play prior to the anime broadcast.
The “Girls Band Cry” POP UP SHOP in TOWER RECORDS” will feature a new illustration of Nina and the other 9 girls, created with a “maid-style” concept, especially for this pop-up shop. Many badges and T-shirts featuring this illustration will be available for pre-sale. In addition, customers who purchase target products worth 2,000 yen or more (tax included) at the four pop-up shops during the period will receive a limited edition postcard with a different design for each store on a first-come, first-served basis.
