~Kabukicho to become a sacred place for street live shows that will make your dreams come true~ Kabukicho’s official street live system “Kabukicho Street Live”, which has been renewed, with 700 groups participating each year

TST Entertainment Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toko Yoshinori) has launched the Kabukicho Street Live project (hereafter referred to as this policy) in 2022 in order to provide music artists with a place and opportunity to sing, and has been holding officially recognized street live shows in stages in collaboration with local Kabukicho organizations.

This policy, which is currently being set in Kabukicho, will be renewed one after another from June 2025, with the theme of discovering and cultivating music artists who want to make their dreams come true.

The various street live events that have been held at Tokyu Kabukicho Tower and Kabukicho Cinecity Square up until now will be unified under “Kabukicho Street Live” to further enhance their power. In addition to opening up official street live venues that can be booked daily, we will further strengthen our support for artists’ street live activities, by holding regular events with the theme of discovering and nurturing new artists. For venues that require reservations, there is no need to apply in a hassle, and you can use it for free by simply booking your free time on the eligible dates through the official LINE account for this policy.

In the future, we will continue to consider and develop various measures to support artists aiming to become the “Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO)” stage from the streets through this policy.

“Kabukicho Street Live” Renewal Overview (June 2025-)

①Kabukicho Street Live (Authorized Street Live System with reservations)

[Venue: In front of the Wagyu Special Zone (on the grounds of the 1st floor of Tokyu Kabukicho Tower)]

This is a system that allows artists who wish to play street live shows, to use the venue by reservation.

To use this service, you will need to register for the official LINE account.

・Reservations open: every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

・U-25 only open day: Every Thursday *The day of the week is for those under the age of 25.

②Kabukicho Street Live+ (Street Live Event)

[Venue: Kabukicho Cine City Square/In front of Wagyu Special Zone]

We hold a variety of street live events every week.

・Kabukicho Cine City Square will host street live events by the next generation of popular artists.

It is held about 10th of every month. For the live show, go to the extra large size (approx. 164 m2) Tokyu Kabukicho Tower Outdoor Vision

It will be projected.

– In the future, a street live event will be held in front of the Wagyu Special Zone, with the theme of discovering and developing new talent.

③Kabukicho Street Live Fes. (Street Live Event)

[Venue: Kabukicho Cine City Square/In front of Wagyu Special Zone/Tokyu Kabukicho Tower 2nd floor and multiple venues]

・Once a month, the main venue is Kabukicho Cine City Square, and the second floor of the Wagyu beef special zone and Tokyu Kabukicho Tower

Street circuit events will be held at multiple venues, such as “FIRST STAGE.”

Approximately 20 artists will be gathered.

・In April 2026, a special edition will be held, adding “Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO)” to the venue.

While street live shows are gaining excitement in a variety of places, as it is a public venue, there is a high hurdle for individual artists, and there are limited places where you can sing freely.

Taking this into consideration, since 2022, our company has been holding officially recognized street live events in collaboration with local Kabukicho organizations every month.

Starting in January 2024, an official street live program with reservations and free use was launched, and about 700 artists have been holding street live shows in the town of Kabukicho to coincide with the previous work. In addition, Nagabuchi Tsuyoshi and Yuri made surprise appearances, as well as a collaboration project with Miwa, who celebrated her 15th anniversary of her debut in March this year, attracting interest from famous major artists, and has expanded their development.

In April this year, as a culmination of what has been done so far, a special edition event was held at “Zepp Shinjuku (TOKYO)” at the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower. Miwa was the special guest, and six of the next generation artists who have been attracting attention from previous participants appeared together on the Hinoki stage.

I was once a musician from the streets. It’s sometimes tough to jump into people who don’t know our music, and sometimes it’s a great joy, and the experiences I gained on the streets have become a great treasure for me.

Kabukicho Street Live Project. Kabukicho is always filled with music.

A city where new value discovery and communication crossovers.
