During the film festival, songs from Ushio Kensuke’s solo unit Agraph will be broadcast inside the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower building.
The Ushio Kensuke Film Festival will be held at 109 Cinemas Shinjuku Premium, located at Tokyu Kabukicho Tower (hereinafter referred to as Kabukicho Tower), operated by TST Entertainment Inc. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO and CEO Toko Yoshinori). The films that have been released up until now have been binge-watched screenings of “DEVILMAN crybaby” and “The Tale of the Heike,” with a full lineup being available.
The Tokyu Kabuki Tower will be broadcasting songs from the album “The Shader” by Ushio Kensuke’s solo unit Agraph during the “Ushio Kensuke Film Festival.” Please enjoy a film music experience that can only be enjoyed at 109 Cinemas Premium Shinjuku, equipped with the best sound system “SAION -SR EDITION-” supervised by Sakamoto Ryuichi.

■Event overview
The Ushio Kensuke Film Festival is a special project where composer and artist Ushio Kensuke will screen all of the musicians.
On Saturday, May 31st, an all-night screening with talk event was held between writers Miya Shotaro and Ushio, who were in charge of planning the anniversary book “Stand Book,” to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Ushio’s career as a music writer. In addition to the regular screening of the film “A Silence,” the screening of the “Inner Silence” version, with Ushio Kensuke taking the stage, will be screening with the voice of “inner silence” in addition to the regular screening, with no lines or sound effects, only pilot songs created in the early stages of production of the film used as audio.
Enjoy this unique film music experience, enjoying the works of Ushio Kensuke, who is increasingly expanding his playing field as a music writer, with the world’s only sound system “SAION-SR EDITION-“, which pursues the ultimate realistic sound, supervised by Sakamoto Ryuichi.

■Ushio Kensuke (agraph)
In December 2008, they released their debut album “a day, phases” as the solo unit “Agraph”.
In 2011, they formed the band “LAMA” with Nakamura Koji, Furukawa Miki, and Tabuchi Hisako.
From 2012 onwards, he will also be active as a live support member for Denki Groove.
He was the first to perform a soundtrack in the 2014 TV anime “Ping Pong.”
2024 marks the 10th anniversary of being a music writer.
On April 17th of the same year, he made a huge success in his solo performance in Amsterdam under the name “Chainsaw Man Live Set.”
On November 20th of the same year, Ushio Kensuke held his first solo performance in Japan, “Ushio Kensuke Behind the Dex.”
In the second half of 2024, he continues to be popular overseas, as he is in charge of the theatrical film “Your Color” directed by Yamada Naoko and the music for the TV series “Dandadan” and “Chi.”
The movie “Chainsaw Man: Reze” will be released nationwide on September 19, 2025.
