To commemorate the 40th anniversary of Bon Jovi’s debut and the release of their first album in four years, “Forever,” Universal Music LLC (headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Fujikura Hisashi; hereinafter referred to as “Universal Music”) will hold the official fireworks entertainment “BON JOVI THE GREATEST FIREWORKS 2024 -FOREVER-” at two locations in Japan: Makuhari Beach, Chiba Prefectural Makuhari Seaside Park on Saturday, September 28th, and Miyazaki Waterfront Park in Miyazaki Prefecture on Saturday, October 5th.
To commemorate their 40th debut anniversary and the release of their first album in four years, “Forever,” Bon Jovi’s official fireworks entertainment “BON JOVI THE GREATEST FIREWORKS 2024 -FOREVER-” will be held at two locations across the country as a Japan-only event. The official third advance ticket sale (first come, first served) for this event began on Tuesday, August 6th.
The fireworks, which will be launched in sync with the music throughout the entire 60-minute special set list, have been designed by a fireworks director to match the type and characteristics of the fireworks. The time from launch to blooming and the timing of the disappearance are controlled in 1/100th of a second. Various collaborations, including limited edition goods, will be available during the event.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to support victims of the Noto Peninsula earthquake that occurred on New Year’s Day.
In addition to tickets with merchandise, which includes a special fireworks-designed T-shirt, we are also offering Bon Jovi Fireworks viewing tours tailored to each venue, including tickets and accommodation for each performance as a collaboration product between Nippon Travel and Bon Jovi Fireworks.
Bon Jovi will release their best album “All Time Best 1984-2024” on Wednesday, October 9th. The songs on the album will be selected by Japanese fans. Voting to decide which songs will be included is being held on the following voting site until noon on Friday, August 30th.
